Hi, my name is Samantha Sanchez. Welcome to my teacher portfolio! I am a Montclair State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Family Science and Human Development, certification in P-3 School Settings, and a minor in psychology. I completed my Clinical Teaching in the Newark Public School District in an early childhood classroom. In addition, I have over 10 years' experience in the capacity of non-instruction and instructional leadership in early childhood.

Some fun things about me:

I enjoy art, music, and reading. I also love traveling, discovering new places, and enjoying the outdoors. Happiness for me, is family and sharing my interest with them.

I'm a wife, educator, life-long learner, and above all ... a MOM. I have two incredible little boys, ages 2 and 5. They keep me in touch with my inner-child and continuously help deepen my understanding of children.
